Straightener Flip-Top Device.

Ingeniously designed for easy cleaning of the straightening rollers, this device allows the upper part of the straightener to open at convenient angles. It is especially beneficial for materials like aluminum and brass.
These materials often leave chippings on the rollers, making this feature particularly advantageous for maintaining machine efficiency.
Operated by two robust hydraulic cylinders and secured by eight long screw rods, it promises reliability and straightforward maintenance.

Press Arm

This sturdy press arm ensures strips are securely held when released by the decoiler, effectively preventing any loosening of the coil.
