Straightener Flip-Top Device.

Created to simplify cleaning of the straightening rollers, this device opens the upper part of the straightener at optimal angles, especially advantageous for soft materials like aluminum and brass.
These materials often leave chippings on the rollers, making this feature particularly beneficial.
Operated by twin hydraulic cylinders and secured by eight long screw rods, it guarantees reliability and ease of maintenance.

Press Arm

This sturdy press arm firmly secures strips when released by the decoiler, efficiently preventing coil loosening.
Fitted with a coil loop tracking device, it automatically adjusts the press arm wheel speed in response to changes in coil outer diameter, ensuring a fluid coil payoff.
