Bend Arm Device

* Bend Arm Device. The strip head receives support from the assistive arm, which then collaborates with the press arm device to guide the motorized rollers in advancing the strip through the straightener feeder part.

Electric Adjust Straightening Roller Gap.
Driven by two sets of servo or hydraulic motors, this feature ensures precise adjustment of the straightening roller gap. Just input data into the HMI's touch screen.
Additionally, the system memorizes and recalls production data for various products, including part codes and straightener gap settings.

Straightener Flip-Top Device.
Designed to facilitate easy cleaning of the straightening rollers, this device opens the upper part of the straightener at convenient angles, especially beneficial for soft materials like aluminum and brass.
These materials tend to leave chippings on the rollers, making this feature particularly advantageous.
Operated by two hydraulic cylinders and secured by eight long screw rods, it assures reliability and ease of maintenance.
Press Arm
This robust press arm ensures strips are firmly held when released by the decoiler, effectively preventing the coil from loosening.
Equipped with a coil loop tracking device, it adjusts the press arm wheel speed automatically based on changes in coil outer diameter, ensuring smooth coil payoff.
